  Loved me my margarita and the salsa and chips were mighty fine. So was the grilled shrimp with jalepeno.

  Just like the other reviews, this is Lalo's!  The menu and receipt all say Lalo's so I'm not sure why this place changed the name especially since we've always had a good experience here.  The first clue when we walked in on a Sunday afternoon was that the place was COMPLETELY empty.  Service was decent - however the thing that turned me off was that I ordered chicken tacos and the chicken they used was CANNED.  What's weird is that on the free soup they give you before your food comes out had fresh chicken - who the heck puts canned chicken in tacos?!?!?  Just a total turnoff.  My husband had steak tacos and he said they were bland and the meat was chewy.  
  
  You want good Mexican food?  Go across the street and dine in or carry out at El Famous Burrito.  Stay far far away from this place.

  Yes, it is the same place. Menu is the same. But I liked it when it was called Lalo's, and I still like it now!!

  Don't be fooled by the new name.  It's just Lalos in disguise.  We decided to try it thinking it was a new restaurant that took over.  It's the same Lalos menu, same bad food at the same high prices.
  If you were thinking of trying it because it was a a new place and you didn't like Lalos, highly not recommended.  Nothing's changed but the name.
