  I recently went to Champions with several friends to get drinks on a nice day. However, I do not think I will be going back due to the terrible drinks.  We had Vodka's and Cranberry and I felt like I ordered a Cranberry because there clearly was no alcohol in them.  I also heard a ton of other people complaining about only tasting juice, soda or whatever their mixer was . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Do not waste your time or money.

  Had some time to kill before my flight while on a recent business to Harrisburg.  So my colleague and I looked on Yelp for a sports bar to grab a drink and a quick bite near the airport.  Keep in mind that this is Harrisburg so options were limited, but Champions is very close to the airport.  Decent size bar with a good selection of spirits and draft beers.  Also grabbed an order of wings.  We were expecting the standard crappy sports bar wings, but these bad boys were huge.  Some of the best wings I've ever had.  We couldn't even finish them all.  Thanks goodness they had Yuengling on draft to help wash them down before our flight home.

  Atmosphere and drinks are great.  Service sucks!!!!! Bartender was more interested in texting on her phone and flirting with her boyfriend than being a good bartender.  She needs to be fired and replaced by someone who actually provides decent service.

  The only reason I came here was because a few of my friends met up here to see one of THEIR friend's bands play.  It was a country band, which really isn't my thing, but it wasn't so bad.  There's a nice dance floor area, and stage for the band, with a bar right off this area with seating.  The bathrooms were really clean, and there was a whole other complete bar and dining area that I didn't get to really see.  
  
  The menu was decent sized, but unsurprisingly, not a whole lot of choices for a vegan like me.  This is a meat and potatoes kind of place, as the name of sports bar and grill might imply.

  Went back to eat in for dinner before the night rush of boozers.  Had a few other diners there, but service was pitifully slow.  The waitresses, if you haven't been here are all pseudo attractive due to their skimpy outfits and overdone makeup with fairly good bodies.  Apparently they think that gives them leeway in providing good service.  One was taking her job pretty seriously but the others seemed too busy congregating with locals/regulars.  The food menu has expanded and the crab cake sandwhich, while still good, is not the premium one I had originally.  Too bad.  I'm leaving this place at 3 stars strictly due to its' unique atmosphere as a bar in the Harrisburg area.  There's no other bar like Champions around, so much so that you wonder how they managed to get it right where everyone else has gotten it so wrong.

  I came here with some friends for dinner.  The food was good.  I got the Club Sandwich which was good.  Simple and yummy.  One thing I had a problem with was the waiting. OUr waitress seemed to take for ever to bring out our food and came for refills only once and she came back one more time but by then we just wanted our check.
  
  Overall a good place to go hang out for a game or for dinner with the friends.

  I went here on a friend's recommendation ... actually I was FORCED to go in order to disprove negative stereotypes about lesser traveled areas in Harrisburg.  Definitely not a bad place at all ... friendly barkeeps ... interesting crowd and good bar food selection.  Seriously, I'm no alky but I'm from NYC, used to exhorbitant drink pricing and always happy to find a bargain.  My friend and I ate wings and drank the night away for the ultra low price tag of $34.  I'd give it 4 stars but I hate driving too far for fun.
