We weren't really sure how the whole set-up worked when we first went in but the bartender was friendly and well-informed. Â It was a neat little club and the comedians were awesome. Â We needed a good laugh and we had plenty of that. Â The only real issue we could see was it seemed they didn't have enough wait staff to handle the crown. Â Perhaps someone called off or something. Â We adapted by going to bar and getting drinks on our own. That was no big deal really. Â Overall a nice evening. Â We will go back if we have the chance.
Review Source:I love the free open-mic comedy nights on Thursdays. There are usually a lot of comedians, and they hang around after the show so you can talk to them. Most of them are pretty funny, occasionally there is one that is not so funny, but that kind of makes it funny. Â There are plenty of seats and it is usually chilly inside, so that is nice in the summer. There are also pool tables and darts.
Doc Holidays closed down, but the bar still offers some food. I haven't tried any of the new menu, I just go to laugh for free and drink. It is a nice change of pace from loud music and dancing. Fun for a girls night or a date. Cheaper than a movie!
