These folks are in the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza and let's face it, they are a hotel bar.  I've stayed here a few times so I've visited here a time or two.  It's a nicely appointed, not very big bar.  If you don't want to walk through the hotel lobby there is a separate entrance around the corner on Chestnut Street.  

As it's a hotel, the crowd will be a mix of folks a little on the upscale side.  One day I was visiting during happy hour.  I thought I'd stop by before heading out to El Sol.  I was drinking the house red wine which was a decent Cabernet.  When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised to see I was paying $3 a glass.

So it's certainly not a trendy place and you're not going to find a huge selection of craft beers.  However the location is great and at Happy Hour the price is right!  By the way, the staff at this hotel from the bartender to the waitress to all the supervisory folks is super friendly.
