Anthony's Micro Pub

I've always enjoyed this place for it's craft beer selection. I mean they've got something for everyone in here, even if you don't know it yet! Can't speak to the food much, although I did enjoy the wings here.

All I know is, happy hour at Anthony's is well worth it if you're a beer snob!

The Harrisburg area is certainly lacking in a few things, but great happy hours for cheap craft beer is not one of them. This is one of the couple of places downtown that do half off craft beer during happy hour EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. And yes, that includes Saturdays and Sundays. And not only do they have happy hour on Saturday and Sunday, they serve you free pizza while they serve you cheap, high quality beer. Is there anything better than drinking three Hopslams, eating decent enough pizza, and closing your tab for a total of $12 with tip? If there is, I have yet to find it.

The bartenders are extremely friendly and keep beer in your glass even when things start to get extremely busy, which is very impressive considering there is usually only one bartender on. The gentleman who makes pizza in the back is also a really nice guy.

Not a bad environment to watch a game either, overall just a really great place for happy hour.

I'm not terribly impressed.  They have a good variety, and you'll probably find something you'll like.  Service hasn't always been that great, and the beer is a bit pricey.
