Upscale, well stocked, friendly/knowledgeable bartenders serving up a banging CHOCOLATE Martini ;-) Â Use CAUTION...they go down so smooth you're likely to forget how strong they are. Â *hiccup*
Best times to check this little gem would be happy hour when the local politicians are in session or during one of the evenings when live jazz is being offered. Otherwise, it's pretty slow if people watching is your game.
Bartenders Mike and Izzy informed me the hotel is under going renovations starting with the upper floors making this first floor bar one of the last things to be updated however, there is talk of The Bar becoming a stogie club for you connoisseurs.
Some details to know:
Non-smoking (currently)
No beer served at The Bar but it's sister bar, across the hall, serves up beer and you can travel freely between the two bars.
You can order nibbles from two different menus.

This is fine place. On weekends they have live music, and it is quite there. Good for a sophisticated date.
If you are a single guy who is trying your luck i would suggest to to the bars that are nearby to hilton, hilton just sttracts more mature crowd and that too that are in groups.
Drinks are not that expensive, the bartenders are friendly and warm
