We had a nice leisurely meal here on a Saturday afternoon. The waitress was attentive but didn't rush us. The menu is so big we were over-whelmed, but enjoyed the four horseman sampler and the peanut butter pie. In addition to this they made our three well behaved dogs very welcome! We'll definitely come again! :) The wings sounded great, but we were too full to try them!
Review Source:We went here on a late Saturday afternoon. Â This was not our first time here, but it will probably be our last unless Arooga's responds to a complaint via email I sent them about this visit.
I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with no bleu cheese, as I'm 5 months pregnant and bleu cheese is on my list of foods not to eat. Â
Well, the waiter didn't write down our order, so I'm not sure who dropped the ball, but my wrap came out with bleu cheese crammed in it. Â When the waiter came back to check on us, I let him know about the mistake and he offered to make a new one and said it wasn't a big deal because " if you can't eat it, then you can't eat it".
When he brought my new wrap 5-10 minutes later, I was so disappointed to see that the same order of loaded fries were on my plate from the plate I sent back...so they were cold and the cheese was hard. Â It's as if I was being punished with old fries for their mistake! Â Onto the wrap...I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure the kitchen took a new wrap and used the old chicken and heated it up, which caused the chicken to dry out. Â And they removed all of my lettuce! Â I never asked for no lettuce! Â So I ended up paying almost $13 for a dry chicken wrap with buffalo sauce, no veggies, and cold dry fries. Â
I couldn't even send it back again, I was scared about what I'd end up with this time. Â
Overall, I was so disappointed. Â You put your trust in a restaurant to serve you safe food, and someone can't even remember to hold one item that I can't eat right now.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star based on this visit.
