I'm from the DMV, where the cheapest you will find a beer is $5 during happy hour and you're not allowed to smoke indoors.

Therefore, I am a fan of any place that has $2 Blue Moon, all day. I don't even smoke but fuck smoking bans. Nobody goes to bars because it's a healthy atmosphere so people may as well be allowed to smoke indoors. PA has the right idea.

The bathrooms were tiny though. That would probably suck on a crowded night.

This bar is for the newly 21 crowd or those that wish they were still 21.  Its always dirty and the bathrooms are stinky.  They do offer, however, $2 beers...but its really not worth it.  Last time I was there, I paid with a credit card and left a cash tip.  The next day when I checked my statement, I saw that $5 had been added.  I would never return to this bar.

This place was such a dive and somehow I ended up here two nights in a row during the three days I was in town. However, the drinks are cheap and once you take a few shots you don't really notice the  creepy alcoholic man sitting at the bar watching all the girls dance and asking them to buy him drinks. Or the flies in the bathroom and throughout the bar. So if you're looking for a cheap place for drinks to get wasted in Harrisburg, this is definitely the spot.
