Champps Americana

Average food.  Chaotic, loud atmosphere.  Very slow and poor service.  Good thing is that you can bring your kids and it is so loud that nobody will care and they will love their food.

I complained to corporate about my experience and found them to be very helpful and understanding. To compensate for my unfavorable experience they sent me a $25 gift card. I was very gracious for this exchange and will definitely use this again in the future. After that visit I will try another item off the menu and see if my experience is any better.

I went to champps for a decent sized party with my advisory. We had like 18 people or so and naturally since the tip is so high and built in you would think the waiters would be nice. Well you would think that but your dead wrong, the waiters were rude and would not remember what we order and not even remember whatwe were drinking. At the end of the overpriced meal (11 bucks for a damn  Reuben + 18% tax) we got the checks which were all split up for each person. The good ole idiots at champps took about 45 minutes to give us our change. I mean honestly they should get a register and let us show them the receipts and then give us change instead of them using their awesome math skills to return our change. they also forgot to give me like 50 cents but i did not care to argue. I don't know how this place functions when its full because if it took them 45 minutes to get change when it was barley full then they must piss off a lot of other people when it is full trying to figure out their bill.
