Chima is a great choice for a classy Brazilian meal. Â You'll notice the process of ordering is unique at this place, whenever you are ready...flip your coin and a server will bring over a selection of meat. Â The place is classy and would be an ideal place for a upscale date considering the average noise level and ambiance.

go on an empty stomach! went on a Sunday at 4 pm with a arty o 9 people. it was smart to go when they opened- this was a 3 hour meal. the wait staff is lovely and professional and the gauchos are no stop serving good food. drinks were strong and authentic- i had a traditional caprihana. very satisfying. dont play too much on the salad bar- maybe take some veggies to compliment the meal. i would recommend going back but not on a hot day/night. this is a heavy meal.
I came to this restaurant with high expectations, unfortunately did not meet my criteria of an excellent Rodizio Restaurant. My wife and I decided to celebrate New Years at the restaurant, even though it had a good ambience it did not match the $140 per person tag
My personal opinion:
Dirty Martini: it came warm, tasteless as it was made by a beginner, NOT good
Picanha con Ajo: For me the meart taste brolied, on the grill for 2 minutes
Costela: This cut was not bad, actually for me was the best meat
Service was great, and will recommend those of you that want to make a comparison, but sorry to say I will stay with Fogo de Chao
