I love the steak tacos and burritos. It can get addicting but not for $9.00 every time I stop in lol. The portions are small. I can't believe how small my burrito was. I used to be able to eat a burrito and say wow I am full, now I go to this location and I bet I can eat 2. I realize that most places charge just about the same for 3 tacos but come on give us full portions. Stop pinching pennies. The employees here are ok. Some times they seam to be more interested in joking around with each other than making your food. But the food is good so the rating will get 3 stars. You just expect a bit of perfection when people are dealing with food. That's just my opinion. Seams like they keep it clean and I will always come back unless they open one closer to me. They just need to be a bit more customer friendly here and they can get a better rating. I never want to walk out of a place and think " wow I just gave that jerk my money" its only a few minutes from my house but ill go a bit further for better service and real Chipotle portions.
Review Source:This place is a disgrace to Chipotles. Â For each ingredient, the guy working the line takes a full ladle, and then shakes half of it off. Â I literally had no more than 20 individual black beans and maybe 10 small pieces of chicken on my burrito. Â I asked for more chicken and the guy told me it would be extra. Â I kid you not, the burrito was literally half of the size of any other burrito I have ever had from another Chipotle. Â Guess what... same price as the ones in the loop! I know the rent is probably high in Park Ridge, but give me a break. Â Will never go to this penny pinching pit again.
Review Source:So this is still a fairly new place but they are starting to get it down pat. The employees are nice, food is good, and atmosphere is comforting. The interior of this chipotle is very different and pretty edgy and modern.
Occasinally they mess up but no place is perfect right? I've seen a few times where an order is messed up but they always apologize and offer something free in an attempt to correct their mistakes.
Overall the food is pretty good, the staff is friendly, and they try to correct/learn from their mistakes.
I definitely reccomend this place and thank God it's 5 minutes from my house because I DREAM OF CHIPOTLE.

Stopped into this Chipotle as I was dog-sitting for my sister and it was close by. Extremely loud on a Saturday afternoon. The place was packed, the music was blasting and the line was long...
My only real complaint? The food.
Steak was bland and had little to no flavor.
Burrito bowl tasted like cardboard.
Staff was friendly and nice for the most part.
Good God, STAY AWAY!! FAR AWAY!! Had my husband call in our order as I was going to be driving right past this location on my way home. It's 104 out and I did not feel like cooking, so this was option B. I get there, get the order, proceed to head home in rush hour traffic, get halfway there and my husband calls to tell me to go back to Chipotle, they gave us the wrong order. They were going to make it fresh and give it to us for free for the hassle. 20 minutes in traffic on Northwest highway, in 104 degree heat and I have to turn around cause someone is too dumb to throw 4 tacos in a bag and get it to the corrrect person. I drive back, NO APPOLOGY!!! They give me a bag of food, and a coupon for buy one get one free - NOT A FREE DINNER for wasting my time and gas. Get home, food is ice cold, it's not fresh, it's the bag they made that sat there all that time while I was driving home with the wrong order. I start eating my cold taco and there is a hair in it! What a disgusting horrible place this is. Horrible service, horrible ability to get an order right, horrible at doing right by the customer, and hairy tacos - GAG!
Review Source:I am a Chipotle addict. The place in park ridge is one of the worst I've been too. The reviews are pretty accurate so far on this place. Â They nickel and dime you on ALL ingredients. Â One thing I'd like to add is the staffs inability to roll the tortilla. Â I've been there three times and all three times they tore my tortilla, two of which I didn't catch until I got home. Â Extremely annoying. Â They need to get some more experienced staff at this place. Â I'm going to be going back to the one on Mannheim in rosemont... It's the best
Review Source:This is a decent Chipotle. I'm glad that it's in Park Ridge because it's ultra close to my house. I could, however, use an authentic mexican place instead of Chipotle simply because I could find it anywhere, why overcrowd the 'burbs with corporate stores anyway? They gip you on the chicken... just a friendly fyi.
Review Source:I love Chipotle and was excited that one came to Park Ridge mere blocks from my office. I ordered online so I could just grab it and go when I got there. I had a carnitas burrito bowl and it was hugely disappointing. I ordered extra carnitas and there was still hardly any meat in there - seemed like even less than normal, not extra. And the meat was cold as well. They skimped on all the other ingredients. I had to add my own salsa at home because I could barely taste it.
It's like I was the last order at the end of a rush and they just gave me whatever little bit was left.
I doubt I will be going back there - worth the extra drive to Touhy & Mannheim where they get it right every time.
Generally speaking, I love Chipotle.
Its a go-to spot for something relatively healthy and of course quick.
The decor is great at this location and its clean.
I am however, disappointed after yesterday's visit to this location. Â The portions we're skimpy. Â I am spending basically $8 and i felt like they even skimped on RICE, which is filler and a CHEAP ingredient. Â I mean, really, at least make me feel good with a pile of rice, its trickery and would have worked, lol!! Â Meat was skimpy too. Â Overall I felt kind of cheated. Â This didn't happen on a previous visit but todays employees treated the meal like the cost was coming out of their own pocket.
Food is still good, so its getting 3 stars for that.
