tiramisu was a huge portion with extra whipped cream

to update my previous review.  Sean did finally get back to me, although it still seemed he had a lot of lousy excuses for such poor treatment.  He did send me a gift card and invite us to come back on another night.  we will go back  but will never attend an "event" there again.  its clear they have priorities for friends on those nights.  I have been there many times before for breakfast and lunches.  I never had a bad meal or experience before this.  I hope the next time is better..

There is always an issue with this place. I am giving away my $100.00 gift card - or sending it back. Done with these people. They have zero idea about customer service.

When people come in after us and get seated - but we can't get seated because we were talking to a  manager because they wanted to put us in a dark booth and not let us sit  at a table.

Neil the "manager" on duty was not interested in helping us even though we explained to him that we had problems in the past and we were trying to find some good will.

The two "hosts" were at odds. One guy told us to sit where we wanted - the other guy said we couldn't.  Neither had a clue about what was going on around them. They tried to squeeze us into this little booth. While we were talking to the manager other people were coming in and they got the table that we were told was reserved when I clearly heard the woman say. "Do you have room for two?"

(This after we walked across the street and half a block in the icy rain to get there.)

Too many good restaurants in that neighborhood to waste another minute on these nozzles. Done.
