I've been to all the clubs...BAM BAM, CLUB DANCE, DEJA, EXPRESS (old and new) I could give a crap if that "dates" me. My point is LEGENDS is tacky and I've still yet to figure out what the rich owner is trying to make of it....showers? Pools?? Really...go build a resort in San Diego perhaps.... I'm getting off track, I was at LEGENDS last Friday. Everything was fine enough....the hot ass disgusting (please invest inside before the outside) women's bathroom, the super expensive ice (drinks), the sticky dance floor that isn't dance floor material....until I needed another drink. The rude chuck Norris/tranny/she-man/weight lifter bartender is EXTREMELY RUDE. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there. I ordered 2 drinks and it seemed like a burden, then heaven forbid I asked for cherries and that was such a travesty to even ask. Anyhoo she got no tip. Instead she got a nice little note. B*^ch killed my vibe though!

I love this place. The vibes are great and the drinks are cheap-ish. They have 4 Bars and a huge patio. I love both of the dance floors. We dont usually use the parking lot but parking across the street is just as easy. Cover is only $5.00. I highly recommend this Club!!!

Awful. Awful. Awful. I am by no means a scene-queen, but I've done my fair share of drinking and dancing at gay clubs. This place, where to start?

The crowd is a mix. Lesbians, gays, and straights are all at home here. The straight frat guys are aggressive if you bring your straight girlfriends and so are the lesbians. There are two "dance floors" - one with top 40s and the other with "urban" music (complete with an "urban" crowd). You'll have a fun time here if you like your boys young, twink and drunk.

This place is definitely not the place to go if you're looking for a mellow drink or to catch up with friends. The music inside is too loud to talk and the only other alternative is the tiny crowded patio - useless in the winter (they used to have heaters but have since removed).

I've had NUMEROUS unpleasant experiences with security here. The SECOND you pull up in your car, they're knocking on your window to tell you to go inside. WTF is up with that?! That's no way to treat a customer.

The bartenders aren't friendly or interesting. The drinks are expensive (for Fresno), the selection is limited. What bar doesn't carry Ginger ale? The bathrooms don't have stall doors and if you enter with a friend of the same gender, expect a security guard to check on you.

Before I think this place could get ANY worse - they install a shower enclosed with glass walls in the middle of the dance floor. A SHOWER. Yes, before I thought Club Legends could get ANY tackier, they install a shower. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything less.

I'll miss The Express! A venue with any sort of authenticity, character, dare I say charm. Until then, the Fresno gay-club scene will be monopolized by the TRAGEDY that is Club Legends.

    This place is... fierce.
$5 cover fee, but free parking (they have a parking lot).

They have 2 dance floors, one is more pop/electro while the other one is more chill/gangsterish. I went on a Saturday night so they might be playing different types of music on other nights. The club has 3 different bars, so there aren't any problems with waiting for drinks. They also have a modest sized outdoor patio, which is where one of the 3 bars are located.

The prices of drinks aren't bad at all. I'll definitely bring my friends from LA to see this place. Lots of cute boys too :)

The first issue I had with this place was the parking GOOD LUCK on that one. not even before I step in the guy who checks ID would not take Military ID saying that its doesn't count.... anyone with a brain knows Federal Supersedes State.  The music was alright but it was way to crowded and the drinks were mediocre at best.  But for a small town like Fresno I guess thats the best you gonna get.

The place is overall nice! From the decor to the lights to the bar, its nice. The bartenders and other employees are really polite and they always do drink promotions, especially for Jack Daniels, Absolut, Captain Morgan, and Jagermeister. There's three different bars, one of which is on the opposite side of the club away from a lot of the crowd and the dance floor so you don't have to worry about getting ran over by people dancing or walking through to get to the patio. There are two separate bathrooms for women as well as men that are on each end of the club which help shorten and sometimes prevent crowding. I have only one issue with the place and that is their serious lack of good music. The club mainly plays top 40 pop hits on Friday and Saturday nights so it gets quite boring, especially when they play the same songs two or sometimes even three times per night.

This place is pretty cool.  Be aware that it is a gay bar, but these places can be a lot of fun if you wanna go out with your girls to have a drink and dance without pesky dudes slobbering over you all night, although u may get a few compliments...its all fun!  They have a show every Sunday which is what I went to see...lip syncing...MUCH fun and they gave shots and prizes away.  Awesome place and lots of fun for the open minded. Ill sure be back.

I had made a visit to this club recently and still nothing new except that there were even less people here and a fight that happened in the parking lot. Still same bouncer guy. But I mean I can't expect much from a place with a cover of only $5 and inexpensive drinks. I give this place a 2 star for the effort. I prefer expensive taste, upscale nightclubs. I don't like to go to places less than $10 to get in. I actually had a much better experience at Club Rome which is actually straight but guys were approaching me left and right Haha.

If you enjoy the electronic dance scene this is not the club to visit! The little electronic they DO play is outdated. Gets 2 stars for lack of better music. Other than that, it's a fun place. For Fresno, that is!

For a small town club, I give it 5 stars for effort.  Small dance floor, but great sound system and lighting.  Music selection was varied from Top 40, hip hop, salsa, and house.  Had a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall and a flat screen tv to watch, not videos, but the action on the dance floor.  I'm guessing because we love to look at ourselves and others shakin that ass.  There's about a jillion disco balls (which every gay club should have a lot of).  There's only one bar, but the bartendar does a great job taking care of the customers.  Women's bathroom is a one staller, which works out fine since there was never a line (unlike at a straight bar).  If you're a straight guy you might find some "women" in the men's bathroom, but I guess "when in Rome..."

Sunday nights are crowded.  It's either because they have a drag show or because there's nothing else opened on Sundays.  After watching the show, I'm guessing the popularity stems from the latter.  Sorry but  the show was pretty whack.

Drinks are strong, decently priced, and cover is $5.  Good way to spend a Sunday night, especially if you've got Monday off to nurse that hangover.

4 Star rating for good as it gets and ever WILL get.......
For a gay bar In Fresno

Here's a place that has an idea of how a club should be. The interior has been totally revitalized/modernized, and in rather good taste (Even though I find myself chuckling at the occasional picture of choice, framed on the walls).

The bar area is always well stocked and maintained, the restrooms are spacious and CLEAN (every clubber knows how important this is, especially when you're drinking all night and pissing like sea-biscuit), you don't have to wait 30 minutes for a drink like other bars who shall remain unnamed, drinks are decently priced, plentiful when it comes to adequate seating areas, music is good (Lorraine and Binx make sure of it), and the staff is friendly and serves without any negative airs going on about them.

Since this is the new gay bar in town, you will find a mixture of the old recycled gay crowd that used to frequent Deja Vu (now called the express), and the new. New faces and personalities are always a good thing. Since this bar has opened, not too many people go to the express anymore. Which is sad, since I have sentimental ties to that place =-( But hey, when it comes to business you either gotta get with the times, or see your business fail.

I was here this past Sunday, and was surprised to see a fairly large crowd still going at 11:30pm. I have a feeling it will remain that way for a while. In any case, this is the place to be to fulfill all your drunken and dancing needs.

**Love how the other reviewer mentioned "I just wish they had disco night festivities" LOL I love me some gays!!!**

The newest gay bar/night club in Fresno, Legends is just a little bit north of The Circle.  A few years back, the Express was in this location.  I recently heard that a new gay club had opened up here, so I thought I'd check it out.  When I walked in, it brought back memories of the times I spent at the Express when it was here.  It's been revamped and modernized, but the basic structure is the same as it was back then: dancefloor, bar, lounge area, patio.

The cover was $5, which was not bad.  The place was busy.  When I got there, I got a Red Bull for $3, which I was pleasantly surprised about, because that's pretty cheap for an energy drink at a bar!

I spent most of my time there chatting with friends and I only danced to a few songs before closing, so I couldn't give a fair evaluation of the music.

I hadn't gone out in Fresno in a while, so it was nice to have a new place to check out.  I look forward to going there again soon!
