I'm sorry to say that the only description that fits my breakfast at Dozens is: mediocre. First, things that were good:
There was no wait on a Saturday morning.
My server was polite and efficient.
The food came very quickly.
My french toast had lots of strawberries on it.
Things that were meh:
The french toast had a faint orange flavor that I thought rendered it slightly bitter, and it wasn't otherwise at all flavorful.
The 'fresh' orange juice was not recently an orange.
The coffee lacked flavor.
The bottom line is that there are way better breakfasts in town. I put this about on par with the chain breakfast places. I won't be returning, especially for the price. ($17 for juice, coffee, toast, bacon)
