Dunkin' Donuts

When my office moved, I was excited to have a Dunkin Donuts so close by.  I much prefer their coffee to Starbucks, and I love their breakfast sandwiches.

My love affair with this Dunkin Donuts was short-lived.  It.  Is.  So.  Slow.  

I went there for a breakfast sandwich and coffee one morning, and it took 30 minutes for them to get me my sandwich.  I was completely done with my coffee before it was made.  There was a large group of us waiting for food.  When one woman asked why there was such a delay, she was told that they only have one oven at this location.

Ok, fine.  The least they could do is let customers know that it will take several minutes for their sandwich to be ready.  There were several people who couldn't wait any longer and had to go through the line a second time to get a refund.  Way too much of a pain just to get a sandwich, bagel or some pancake bites.

Even on days when I just get coffee, I find that I often have to wait a long time - they've lost my coffee order half the times I've been here.

I'll have to go elsewhere for my coffee fix.  Maybe things will improve, but I'm not banking on it.
