I was recommended this place by a native, and damn were they not wrong.
I don't think I've ever eaten a deep dish pizza in my life, and now I understand why people say it's fattening and you'd be lucky to finish one slice. It's huge! I had mushroom, pepperoni, and I believe some meat...I forgot.
The cheese is also very stretchy, stretchy to the point I acted like a kid and played around with it until it finally falls off. I know, I shouldn't...
The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is that although the pizza was good, you honestly can't have this more than once a week. Deep dish pizza is VERY unhealthy for you due to the pounds and pounds of fat they put in it. However I'll definitely come back whenever I'm back in Chicago, though I do wanna try Uno, which I heard is another awesome joint.
Gluten free pizza. Who knew!!! It's thin crust and delicious - has a great cracker-like crunch and rich flavor. I'm pretty sure it's chock full of delicious lard. Mine had sausage, peppers and onions. I ate the ever living F##k out of it. Seriously. Went full on fatty on that poor defenseless pizza. It's a huge pizza - the size of a medium at least. And I ate the whole thing.Worth every bite.
