Rosebud On Rush

Well Chicago is known for their terrific restaurants and this one was no exception.  Wonderful Italian food and great wine selection.  Well known for their food for a very good reason.

I was really excited to take my friend to Rosebud since it is a famous Italian restaurant near northwestern Hospital.

Unfortunately my experience there tonight was below sub par. The waiter was awesome and this review has no reflection on him and his performance.

The food was just gross. The mussels were grotesque and smelled bad. The chicken Marsala was too sweet like a bad sweet and sour sauce. The only food items that  were good were the house salad and bottle of wine.

Upon returning to the Hospital we both got sick.

Need I say more?

nice place to take your parents when they demand "normal" food.
