This place just isn't good.  Period.  I mean the bagels are ok, coffee is ok, the service is awful.  And I'm not just saying that after a bad experience...I've been here multiple times hoping it would be different.  It's not hard giving a customer a bagel and cream cheese spread but every time I'm here they overload it and it takes 50 napkins to eat it...plus it's not good if it's overloaded with that.  Tried their lunch stuff, but for the price just go ANYWHERE else within the same block. Closes at 4 or 5...this place just is not made for here, really unsure how it's still there.

This location is managed and operated by swamp people. Some of the rudest, laziest, and generally impolite people I've ever met. I understand that it's difficult to be happy at work on NYE, but the employees here didn't make any effort to show respect for paying customers. When you get to the front of the line and the cave woman says "what do you want" in an aggressive tone that sounds more like "WHATCHU WANT", it's difficult to feel welcome. Don't go here. Ever.

I know that everyone has already said this, but ill just be another confirmation, The service here is horrid! Absolutely terrible. Some of the rudest most unpleasant people. I suggest they ship this batch up a few blocks to the Weiner Circle where they can actually get tips for being so brash and lazy...
