Giordano's Pizza

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I'M EVEN MORE ANGERED.  THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS...IM ALL ABOUT SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO..customer service is everything...in this economy, its a privilege to earn the right to do business...and these people have no respect.  it's very ugly...the pizzas great at Giordanos everywhere but the service from the cashier, servers, managers, all suck horribly.  

my problem was with the payment.  i ran my credit card for the pizza, then realized that i didn't have sprite at home so i got a two liter after going back.  they asked me for my old receipt for some reason i was like just ring up the sprite..but without responding to my 3 requests they looked up the bill plugged some numbers in voided the check and re rang up the entire thing....i hate it when people do this...i dint trust these people...ill have to go back and check my bill to make sure i wasn't charged twice for a pizza.  also, the pizza i ordered came with garlic bread or cheese bread and a size larger for like a buck more and the cashier never told me this when i called in the order!  fine, i stayed quiet.  FINALLY, I gave a coupon for my pizza, only two bucks, and the guy said he wouldn't accept it because the bill was already rung up!!!!!!!!!

OMG....You reversed it for the sprite but didn't reverse it for the coupon....i tried to contact corporate but looks like its a store by store basis.  i just wanted the yelp community to know about this...

A friend and I recently had dinner [spinach appetizer & pizza] at this restaurant. The food was good and the waiter was pleasant. However, when it came time to pay the bill we offered our credit cards and asked to have the bill divided in half. The waiter said, "No, we can only do that if the bill is $100.00 or more." My friend and I looked at each other in utter disbelief! We have been to literally hundreds of Chicago restaurants and Giordano's on Sheridan was the FIRST to refuse to divide our bill and accept our credit cards! UNBELIEVABLE! When was it that the management of Giordano's on Sheridan made a conscious decision to inconvenience their customers? Food: 4 stars. Customer treatment: 1 star. BOTTOM LINE: We won't be back.
