Great food and friendly people but consistently poor service. Always seems to be under staffed. Limited parking.

The building is...weird.  So be prepared.  We didn't eat here, but we did drink here.  They had a nice beer menu and the food looked good

While it was a little odd to wait outside for 30+ minutes on a Saturday evening, only to discover the place to be decidedly uncrowded upon being seated, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.  Apparent under-staffing aside, the food was fantastic.  I ordered the Rustico, and was actually served a burger that was cooked no more than medium (I order med-rare or medium, and am typically served well done at most places).  Delicious burger.  Spectacular fries.  

The biggest surprise was the homemade ketchup.  It was, no exaggeration, a revelation.  Ketchup has always been a favored condiment of mine, but now I realize it can be So Much More.

In sum, weirdly long wait, but our food was served quickly and was wonderful.  Worth it!
