    Way too dirty for my taste. I guess it appeals to some, but not to me.

    Atrocious service and dirty glasses as well. When I asked for a clean glass the waitress got indignant.

    Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

    newer south city place...love the garage door on the building...on nice days the whole place feels open with the door up...decent prices and a band every night

    Why the Halfway Haus? Because it's truly half a house. Dude took a garage and turned it into a bar with space for bands to play, with a roomy patio. Six beers on tap (Mmmmm, apricot ale), lots more by the bottle, and a really chill atmosphere. And QuikPoke! If you gotta ask, you don't know!!!! I love this joint!
