This spot was recommended by my godsister who knows that I love a sushi buffet. Â Arrived round 9:15, which is definitely not a good idea if you want to get fresh maki rolls. Â The ones that were left at the bar by the time I got there were kind of dry. Â I liked the service, which is what made up for the lack of a decent sushi selection. Â In terms of sashimi, all there was was some whiting and tuna left. Â Disappointing. Â I might have to come back during lunch to make another determination. Â BTW, the overall selection of the rest of the buffet was okay. Â There were a lot of typical americanized Asian dishes, like mushroom chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and of course, pizza. The salad bar was the best feature, with lots of selections. Unfortunately, when I went back for a second serving of the wasabi sauce, the chef was just finishing washing his hands and had taken the utensils to serve yourself. Â Disheartening. Â I know it was 9:45, but geez, would it kill you to leave one serving spoon?
Review Source:Came here to eat lunch with some coworkers awhile back. They recently remodeled. I've seen this place before, but never thought to stop by for lunch. It's a typical Chinese buffet. Nothing special. I think their lunch buffet is $6.99 and a drink is extra unless you order water. They do have a hibachi grill, but the food is just ok. Their selection of menu items is pretty large but the quality is so-so. Their fruit selection is pretty decent though. It's clean and cheap for a quick lunch.
Review Source:One of the best looking buffets I've seen. Sushi chef, stir fry, and buffet all with excellenct presentation. Food was good, with good variety including vegetarian. Â Good variety of fruits and veggies (tho you may have to steal broccoli from the peppered steak ;P )
Went for lunch, cost me $8.38 (about $13 on Sunday).
