It really depends on who you get as  waitress. I came here a total of three times, and had different experiences between the first two and the last. The first two times I went, we had the same waitress and she was great. She was nice and always gave us refills for our drinks. The third time was a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, this girl was nice. The service she gave was terrible. She never refilled our drinks nor did she get our order right. Maybe it was the fact that we went during AYCE wings Monday night. She was just very forgetful and I was very dissapointed with my experience.
Oh, and AYCE wings come in five intervals after the first ten. Never knew. And the wings were small. It wasn't worth it.
I haven't been to a Hooters for a long time. There was one outside my hotel and I needed to eat so the stars were aligned. The service was great, the food was good the wait time for said food was prolonged. Overall it's that opposite of what I expected and my experience there was very positive. Not a bad place for a bite in a pinch.
Review Source:Currently sitting in Hooters and am not happy. Being a former Hooters Girl, I'm thoroughly disappointed. Makes me sad honestly. Not a SINGLE empty table was clean, it's not that hard to do ladies and not a single person said "Welcome to Hooters!" And there was three girls at the front door and not a single one said it, I couldn't believe it!
The girl (Mallory) never introduced herself, never suggested a drink or app or food for that matter, never brought us waters with our drinks as requested, never checked back on our hootertizers after she forgot items we had, those forgotten items ended up coming out burned, she also neglected to notice drinks were empty( I drink more than one or two cocktails when out anywhere), ignored us and paid attention to tables that probably wouldn't have tipped her as much honestly, never asked if we wanted anything else to eat.
We had to get a managers attention for water and the check, he confronted another HG and she replies with "that's not my table"! Ha are you kidding me, as a Hooters Girl you are responsible for everyone in that place, and you listen to your managers!
I'm sorry to vent, but I'm thoroughly ticked off. I was a Hooters Girl and trainer for the better locations throughout Georgia, so when I go to my favorite sports bar to enjoy and get crapped on basically, it's aggravating! Especially when I know the steps of service that are on the notepad she is writing on, right on the bottom, read up! Come on! This was by far the worst service I've experienced. She brought O'douls instead of Angry Orchid or  Woodchuck after implying that Hooters carries it and obviously had no clue of what few beers you do have. She didn't even know one of the new signature drinks you have when I requested it "The Tropical Lit". Either you're not covering what you need to in jump start or she isn't listening. Last but not least, my last impression did not include even a simple "thank you" on our check! You are so lucky I wasn't a shop, she, and the store would've failed miserably! I honestly hope you use this effectively to go back to your basics and reinforce simple steps of service, they are vital to give to each and every guest that walks in the door.
Fun place.  A nice stop in Duluth.   I wish they had a wider variety of draft beer, but they have all of the basics, Heineken, Sweetwater  and Bud Light, so it works.  I am not a big wing guy, but they are crispy and good.
I like this location as the staff is always friendly and are better looking then then the other locations I have been to in Atlanta. Â If you have not been, I would say this location is worth the stop.
I came here once and then never going back unless i really have craving. I have no beef with the hooters franchise since this where we "the Guys" go to eat in FL a lot. What more can you ask for WINGS AND BOOBS but this location the food is not so good. I feel something is missing or the food has gone down or not as good as what i remember hooters used to be or should be.
The place felt so down when we walked in and the workers looked a bit gloomy. Either way I will only get togo from here when i have craving for some hooters wings because of old memories.
I used to be a huge fan of Hooters' wings when I was living in L.A. Â I recall going with a couple friends who were also fans and trying to see how many wings each of us could eat. Â I think the most I could eat at the time was around 20 or so. Â Crazy, I know. Â =P Â But since I moved to GA and found much better wing places here, I've probably only eaten at Hooters about 3 times or so.
Most recently, a couple of my friends and I went to this Hooters in Duluth on a Sunday afternoon. Â They decided to come to Hooters, of all places, because they were excited to be able to order beer at a restaurant on Sunday.
I shared an order of 20 "3 Mile Island" flavored wings (10 breaded and 10 naked) and Curley Fries with my friend. Â When I asked for ranch sauce, the server informed me that they charge 50 cents for sauce, but it would be 99 cents for sauce AND some celery sticks (or carrots). Â Damn, I had forgotten about this little annoying fact. Â I don't get why they have to charge for sauce when most other wing shops don't, but I opted for the ranch and celery sticks.
The "3 Mile Island" wings were okay, but not the best wings I've had at Hooters. Â I usually order them "Hot," but thought of Taco Mac's version (which is amazing) and thought they would be great. Â Oh well. Â And the Curley Fries weren't as good as I remembered them (I used to LOVE them), but they were alright as well.
Overall, this Hooters gets 3 stars because everything here - including the service and food - was just "A-OK" in my opinion. Â I'm sure I will be back at some point, but I will be sure to stick with my usual "Hot" wings at Hooters from now on.

I resisted going to Hooters because #1 it is a chain restaurant and #2 if I just wanted to see boobies while eating I could look down. I couldn't resist the burger that was covered in jalapenos, Pico de gallo, and ancho chipotle sauce with some baked beans on the side. However, I can only recommend the beans. The burger seemed to have no flavor at all except for the toppings which were tasty. Maybe if you drank a lot of beer firs & were distracted by the boobies it might be more memorable.
Review Source:We had Melanie as our waitress and she did a great job. It doesn't hurt being a smoking hot blonde as well, but hey... It's Hooters. Serious though.... She kept on top of our Sam Adams pitchers, our wings were fast tocome out and done like we asked. All in all this location was pretty good, they all seem to provide customer service and look like they enjoy being there. Hey... It makes a difference to me. Hooters is an experience and fun, but you still want decent food and a fun waitress. I'd say look for Melanie and you will get all that!
Review Source:Service was good, Wings were awful. Â We ordered 50 wings, 10 of which were "three mile island". Â On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the hottest, I'd give them a 5. Â Not even close to Hot. Â And what's with the wing tips? Â gag. Â We also ordered 20 "Hot" wings and as expected, they were more like mild and tasted like they were cooked in 10 year old grease. Sorry, but I won't be back.
Review Source:Unlike the Hooters of Lawrenceville Restaurant, we have found we get better service at this Hooters location.
The servers seem to be more customer friendly and make you feel welcome. Â No one is going to expect perfect service from Hooters, unless you are a regular.
We have only been to this location 3 times, though we agree this location has replaced the Lawrenceville location. Â The servers at this location are more prompt and not leaving you waiting to take your order, like the servers do at the Lawrenceville location.
The managers are more friendly and come around and greet you, which is a hit or miss at the Lawrenceville location.
Hooters is our favorite place for wings. Â We were pretty sure that we would never go to Hooters again, because of the bad service we have recently been getting at the Lawrenceville location.
Both the service and attitudes of the employees at this location is so much better, then what you find at the Lawrenceville location. Â Sadly, it shouldn't be that way, though we are hoping that the great service will continue at this location.
Wings are always good!
