Saw one of their delivery vehicles and wanted to try something new. Bazbeaux is OK but they get an attitude about delivery. We ordered a BBQ chicken wrap, crispy chicken sandwich, cheeseburger and a cheese/pepperoni/sausage pizza.....they were all excellent, delivered on time and hot. Order was exactly as requested. Will be using them again in future especially in the later night. Give this place a try!!!!
Review Source:We got a menu in our mailbox at the complex I live at, was sick of Papa Johns so figured I would give it a try. WOW, I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza and I can truthfully say its the best pizza I have ever had in my life!
About a week later I was exhausted from work and didnt want to make something so I ordered the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, it was kinda subpar, ok but I wouldnt order it again, then the next night I wanted pizza so ordered a different kind of pizza and it was also seriously great. This places pizza is da bomb! Give it a try, you definitely wont be disappointed, the delivery guy is also really nice and friendly and very fast, has only been about a 30 minute delivery time thus far. Give it a try and support the local guy.
I work nights at a downtown hosptial, and these are the kinds of places we get excited about-places that are open late and deliver. A lot of the time we don't even get to discuss if we are ordering out until most places have closed (we are busy from 1900-2200),
I've had their food twice now. I have enjoyed the food I had: chicken strips, breaded tenderloin and fried mushrooms. I loved the horseradish cajun dipping sauce that comes with the mushrooms. I also mostly liked the stuff that was breaded-it has a little peppery bite to it. It's just different. Prices are good.
What I don't like: the $2 delivery charge. If the basis of your business is to deliver food and you don't have an eat-in option, you shouldn't charge a delivery fee. That is ridiculous. Raise your prices $0.25 an item or something.
The only great thing that I can see about this restaurant is that they will deliver late into the evening. Presumably, the only people who would order delivery at 3 AM are people who are completely hammered. Which, incidentally, is the only way I can imagine a person enjoying this food.
I ordered delivery. After giving my order, it was repeated back to me incorrectly. I clarified the mistake. The food arrived 45 minutes later. My sandwich was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they told me that they would send another. We waited about 30 minutes for a new sandwich to arrive. When it did, I was completely amazed that the driver wanted the wrong sandwich back. Moreover, he then told me that they did not make me a new order of fries, so I needed to take the old fries out of the wrong sandwich container and just give him the sandwich back. It was really awkward.
Not only did I not get the correct sandwich, I had to wait 30 more minutes for a new one, eat old and cold french fries, have an uncomfortably weird sandwich exchange at my door, and not even get my money back or a discount.
The food did not taste good. The fried mushrooms were not appetizing and the sandwiches were plain and did not have much flavor.
If the quality of the food doesn't hurt the business, then the customer service surely will.
The best part of this restaurant is that it delivers at all odds of the night, and doesn't just deliver pizza. Many of their items are very tasty. Â I love their Southwestern Chicken Salad. Â The chicken is well seasoned and fresh tasting. Â I also love their onion rings which come with a cajun sauce. Â I wouldn't recommend the All Night Burrito. Â The cheese was overwhelming and tasted as if it came out of a can, but hey one bad item is not bad for a place that delivers all night. Â However, on the whole the food is pretty good, and the service is excellent.
Review Source:I have to update my review only because I've enjoyed the food I've got there the few times I've ordered, but last week I had terrible customer service and poor food quality so I had to update.
Not only was the food I ordered wrong and cold. But, when we called to tell them, they argued with us. The finally sent our new food out about an hour after our first delivery. In addition, they called us several times to tell us that we could not receive the right ordered unless we gave them wrong food back.
Not sure I'll order from here again.
When I rolled into my downtown-ish Indy hotel around 10:30 pm, I was one starvin' marvin. The hotel in question was at least five blocks from the nearest open restaurant, and frankly I didn't feel like walking. Enter Indy All Night.
The front desk staff at my hotel recommended it (as I'm sure I looked ready to eat anything) and mentioned their variety and quick delivery. Sold. Here's the rundown:
The Good: Really prompt and friendly service over the phone, easy payment, affordable eats that span mostly with bar food, large portions, quick delivery.
The Meh: The chicken parm was edible. It was definitely made for someone who had been out having a rager of a party night. Giant piece of uber fried chicken, smothered in a mix of cheddar and Parmesan, hugged by marinara, all hovering over over-cooked noodles. I only needed a bit of the chicken (and side salad that came with it) to satisfy my rumbling belly.
If you're exceptionally hungry and don't have a chance to head out, Indy All Night will satiate your hunger. Just make sure they give you plasticware if you're in a hotel room!
This is such a niche restaurant for people like myself. Â College student, often goes out drinking on the town, and often has a craving for food late night. Â I wake up late everday, and have about one meal, and i get struck with a hunger from time to time at 3 am. Â
The following items i have tried and give two thumbs up to in order from 1-4 : Chicken parmesan pasta, buffalo chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks .
the prices are verry fair, not to mention the 1 dollar fee only for delivery. Â I am writing this meal after smashing on a chick parm. Â
I also would like to comment on how friendly the people there are over the phone. Â Indy all night is just a good time all around and I'd recommend it to anyone.
I tried Indy All Night for the first time yesterday. Ordered a blackened tilapia sandwich with fries, plus some breadsticks and cheese sauce. My call was answered quickly by a friendly staff person who told me my order would be delivered in 30 - 40 minutes. The order arrived in just under 30 minutes. Impressive.
The blackened tilapia was delicious. Big filet, well-seasoned and prepared - and thicker than I expected. Very nice. Included was slices of tomato, onion and pickle, plus shredded lettuce. Only problem with the sandwich was that the bottom of the bun was soggy from the fish. Still, really good sandwich.
The fries were generic and the temperature was what you'd expect from a delivery order. The breadsticks and cheese sauce was acceptable, but nothing special. Still, I'm giving the place 4 stars (would have done 3.5 if that was an option) because the blackened tilapia was such a treat.
