A couple friends and I stopped by late on a Thursday night for quarter beers and some late night snacks. Â Even though it was busy, we found a table immediately and were promptly served. Â Although my memory is a bit fuzzy, our server was awesome! After informing us that the kitchen was closed for the night, she gave us Hotbox Pizza's phone number and told us that they would deliver right to the front door. Â Throughout the rest of the night we were given a variety of free swag (foam fingers, coozies, etc.) and consumed copious amounts of Miller High Life, which brought the bill for the three of us to well under $10!
Word of the wise: stay off the dance floor... just stay away
Ehhhh what the hell is this place? I ended up here by pure dumb luck because I was hungry and walking around and I've been to Claddagh a hundred times and wanted something different. Unfortunately, I should have stuck with Claddagh. The decor in this place was basically a hodge podge of random crap from the 50's or something. It could have been ok, but it was just drastically overdone.
This all could have been overcome if the food was decent. Unfortunately, not so much. I ordered a cuban sandwich, it was not good at all. The fries were decent, but when the fries are the best thing about a place it's time to find a new place.
Overall, this one was not my type of spot. It seems like a much older crowd meets up here as well, must be something nostalgic about it.
