  This is what you expect from a pizza chain. I eat there mostly for the salad bar, which -- any restaurant that has a salad bar gets at least 3 stars!! The rest of the food... eh... it's ok.  I think they would be better served to focus on a few good things off the grill rather than trying to make people happy with too many choices.  Great for the elderly and people who want to eat a ton of buffet food (questionable ingredients and sometimes scary looking) for a low price...

  Food was subpar. None of the food was stirred, leaving a crusty top layer on everything.
  The cinnamon rolls were doughy and uncooked and the brownies were mushy inside and oozing batter.  The pizza had no sauce on it, leaving you with a large mouthful of dry bread and cheese.
  The worst part was watching the manager walk around the restaurant with a fly swatter killing flys.....GROSS!! Just because you add a fake flower to one side of the swatter does not mean I will enjoy eating while watching you do this!!!
  This has been my second visit here, and I will NEVER be returning again!!
  I will stick to the Izzys in Salem!!

  Great service and food.  Some people either like Izzy's or they don't.  I happen to be one that does.  Not all are created the same.  This one in Springfield I like to stop when I'm in town.  The workers are very nice and the food is very good.  The salad bar is always fresh.  The hot food has always been good.  The pulled pork on the sliders this time was a little dry, but not bad.  Everything else was wonderful.

  Whoa Nelly! I almost skipped this spot because of the poor reviews, but I'm glad I gave them a try anyway!
  
  We stopped in Eugene to visit my brother who drove over from the coast to see us on our way back home. He told us that he signed us up for the dinner buffet.
  
  This was tremendous. For $10.99 per person, you get....
  
  -All you can eat salad bar (nothing wilted or swimming on this visit)
  -All you can eat buffet of entrees and sides
  -all you can eat pizza buffet
  -Choice of Soups (2night was chicken noodles and split pea)
  -All you can eat dessert with Ice Cream Machine also
  and.... cooked to order and unlimited refills of
  
  -Honey glazed chicken
  -Pulled Pork
  -Sirloin Steak
  -Fall off the bone ribs
  -Grilled veggies
  
  Everything was delicious, the service was impeccable and the price can't be beat. This place should be packed and hopefully some other will give them a try and a review. This isn't gourmet cu sine, but it was very good, hearty and inexpensive.

  I was wrongfully terminated from Izzy's when I was 18, but I still love the pizza enough to come back whenever I'm in town. This time I had the salad bar though and was disappointed. The lettuce was in a pool of water. They really need to invest in a salad spinner (tm).

  I've had Izzy's before in Bend and it was great. I wish I could say the same for this location. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I don't think I even finished one slice. I would avoid this place if I were you.
