Jet's Pizza

The first time I had Jet's was back when I lived in Michigan and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I can't even begin to describe how happy I was when i found out they have traveled across the lake to my home town. It is definitely not Chicago pizza but it is still delicious. It is all the things you love about pizza, crispy crust and TONS of cheese. LOVE IT!

This place is so awesome that on occasion my best friend and I will just call each other screaming "JETS! JETS! JETS! JETS!" over the phone, hang up, order a pizza and meet up to devour it.

do I need to say anything else? oh yeah: get turbo crust.

Matt G. pretty much sums it up.  I don't know why I like this pizza so much but I do.  I always get their pan style and it is crispy on the bottom and doughy but in a really good way.  It's fairly priced for how filling it is.   And, big bonus, if you reheat it a slice or two in a toaster oven it is awesome.

The location is a bit weird, right next to pet store off of Ogden Avenue so you really have to look for it to see it.  The place is super clean and the employees are very friendly.  I know some folks compared it to Little Ceasars and Pizza Hut pan pizza, I think it is much, much better then either of those.  I can't put my finger on it but whatever they do, it works for me.  

Side note, I think this franchise started out in the Detroit area and had huge following so they've expanded.

Almost forgot, make sure to order the turbo crust.
