I did not dine in at Persis Indian Grill Restaurant. However, I had carryout for an order. Â It was my first time ordering from this place. I wanted to give it a try and see how it was.
I called the place and asked for price of naan and it was 1.99 for a naan. I thought it was a bit pricey for a naan. Â I consider it as it being a close option at the time for location wise.
I placed my order for 3 naan which was about 6 bucks or so. The guy tells me your order will be 15 to 20 minutes.
So we waited (seemed forever). Ok, so I go home and open up my aluminum foil which the naan was wrapped in. To my surprise when I open up to find flat chapati  (flat)  instead of bigger, fluffy naans.  These were literally, no joke, paper thin naans so much they looked like falling apart from the back. They were not thick, airy, or fluffy texture as I expected it to be.
Taste wise, not so good to me as I would have preferred it to be compared with original naans.
Overall, I was totally disappointed about the naans and the price. I thought the price could have been lower for a naan. Â Clearly, I will not be buying naans from here again.
