Hot Breads

Anyone looking for that spicy, hot chicken briyani should seriously visit this place! I love love Hot breads special chicken briyani..the spiciness of chilli chicken blended with the spices of briyani makes it a unique flavor! Those who are immune to spiciness should definitely try this...well, if you are a person who cannot tolerate spicy foods...warning stay away from this briyani :)

I found the food to be pretty good for a "fast food" kind of spot.  Very spicy and fresh.  Generous portions - we could have ordered half what we did and it would have been enough.  Very small and quirky - piles of stuff around the walls and tables and the floor not very clean.  But good for a quick South Indian fix.

Hot Breads is a hidden gem!  They have a lot of the stuffed Indian pastries that are good, but the star is the special chicken biryani.  The normal chicken biryani is quite good here, and the special is the same thing with some tandoori chicken pieces added.  It's mouth-watering good.  However, I need to warn you.  If you are a card-carrying member of the clean plate club like myself, you'll pay for it later.  If you finish this dish, you may as well just go home and pass out, you're useless.  I've now learned to immediately take half of the food off my plate and put it in a to go box (make sure to get some sauce to take home also).
