Booked a limo through Flag to pick my children and I up from the airport on Thanksgiving day. Â I called their 800 number upon retrieving our luggage and within minutes our limo was right outside the door waiting. Â Usually I have to wait outside in the cold for 10 min or so w/other limo companies, so I must say that was a nice change of pace. Â The ride was smooth and the limo was clean. Â The only downside was that the driver dropped us off at the end of my driveway in the rain. Â We have a slightly longer driveway than most, but it is straight with no curves. Â This was the only time a driver did not pull up the driveway. Â If that didn't happen it would have been a 5-star experience.
Review Source:I've used this limo company several times and most recently used it this past weekend from ORD to Naperville/Aurora Area. Â I called them up and they already had my information from before. Â I only needed to say when, what airlines and destination and all was set. Â Quick and Easy. Â
Once we arrived at ORD, I called the number that was given in the email and we got a nice black car for two people fairly quick. Â Our driver was friendly as well. Â It seems like he wanted to make conversation with us. Â Anyway, the drive was so smooth that we actually fell asleep until he pulled into the driveway.
The cost was $60 dollars for 2 people in the black Lincoln Car. Â The driver said he normally drives a stretch limo but his was in the shop. Â So I assume that what kind of car/limo you get is dependent on who is available at the time to pick you up. Â I've had both kinds with them. Â Also, I don't ever remember the price being $60. Â They must have increased it either because there's another passenger or because the gas is so expensive now.
But in the end, I'll probably continue using them whenever I'm in the Naperville Area.
