Jimmy John's

I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns location for the past three years and have seen nothing but straight decline.

Todays little ordering venture included, once again no napkins, i ordered a large dr. pepper for 1.75 like i have done SOOOO many times before and the driver brings me a 12oz can, not the fountain drink like i have had to so many times. If i wanted to pay $1.75 for a 12oz can of soda i would go to soldier field!

Many times my lettuce would be frozen, I would ask for e-z mustard and get a TON of mustard.

I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and for the last 6 months or so they dont cut it in half, i always or most always ask for ez lettuce or no lettuce and for the past six months i get a bunch of icy lettuce and i mean a bunch, what i love is the fact that the sandwich feels as if it were  already made frozen and they pulled it out to be delivered to you but never actually made the changes that you asked from their standard menu sub!

The owners obviously are not in touch with this store! and some of the employees care but most of them do not!

One thing that i love is when you call this location the workers can not hear you because the music is so loud in the background and the other employees yelling and joking with each other.

oh and when i called to ask about why i got a 12 ounce can of soda pop instead of a fountain drink, the guy tells me "Oh this location has never sold fountain drinks for delivery! and i have been here since this store opened!" so i told him that i have recieved so many fountain drinks from this store in the past and that what he just said to me was not true... the guy had nothing to say! they LIE, They cant even give you a napkin or two and now they charge 1.75 for a 12oz can of soda!

to the franchisee of this location * STOP BEING A CHEAP TIGHT ASS AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMS! *

I ALSO HATE THIS JJ'S, this location gives JJ's a bad rep!

No other subs compare - their bread is amazing! I love the tuna, which I usually avoid anywhere but my own kitchen. It is so great I just can't resist.

Pretty ridiculous that this place does not deliver fountain drinks.  Even more ridiculous they charge $1.75 for a can of pop.  I Hate this JJs
