Incredibly good and very inexpensive. I don't really have anything to add to the below links, just wanted to make sure they have a presence on Yelp.
It is in a food court and served on a tray, so I'm assuming they may only be open during lunch/early dinner hours. Cash only.
Laganma- absolutely delicious.
I got a beef noodle bowl as did the Chinese patrons next to me- you get to choose the noodle type.
Also got shrimp skewer, cauliflower and quail egg skewer (which I dumped into my noodle dish)

(the door to get in is shared with a Citibank- on the south side corner of the building- head downstairs to the far back corner of the underground food court/mini mall)
will be trying the lamb and chicken stir fry dishes next time as it looked delicious in front of the other patrons that ordered it.
