Excellent dining experience with friendly, knowledgeable service and fresh, well made "Modern Italian" cuisine. Â Highlights include the huge antipasto plate with homemade mozzarella, cured meats, roasted peppers and a mix of delicious olives. Â Homemade focaccia was brushed with oil and right out of the oven. Â Rice balls appetizer was out of this world; order these creamy and crisp pieces of heaven. Pasta with white beans, ground sausage and broccoli rabe was crazy good; small order is more than half a pound of pasta! Â Bacalao (Cod) was tasty, although not the table favorite. A tad undercooked. Veal pounded and breaded under an arugula salad was Italian comfort food and we left no morsel on the plate. Â Clams and mussels in a bowl of tomato "sauce" was a delicious extra dish; perfectly cooked and richly flavorful. Â Wine only (no hard liquor), but the list had a nice cross section with a focus on Italy. Â Overall, a solid four star experience.
