There's been a rise in Korean chicken joints around the bergen county area, and it's nice to have this one join the ranks in Closter, plus Kulpi's a franchise based from the motherland herself. Â
I ordered a box of the honey spicy "chicken balls" because I love me some BALLS (they're wingless fyi), and $11 is a bit much to ask for, but there was a cutie workin the cashier HOLLAA Took around ten minutes for the order to come out, which is a standard time to wait, and it came with some Mu on the side (Korean radish, typical of such chicken joints). Â The food was really flavorful, sweet with a nice kick to it, but my tongue wasn't burning hot like it was a victim of a jalapeno gang bang.
It's a nice place to get Korean fast food chicken, but the price is a little expensive (aren't they all).
