Lavazza Espression

Nothing extraordinary but it works. A very modern interior with plenty of seating. Food and drinks galore but they do close a bit early. My hot chocolate was pretty good and was a decent size. It's a good alternative if you don't want to get stuck in a Starbucks on the Mag Mile.

This coffee house was at the ground level of The Drake Hotel. AWESOME spread of danishes and muffins including fresh fruit and yogurt as options.  The staff is highly professional and courteous.  Free Wi-Fi.  Cozy environment with interesting pics and art on the wall.  Careful with the revolving door as the areas right by the door don't feel the wind you feel the WIND with the Chicago air coming in....

Happy we got to try this place. Plus, it's also located at the top of the John Hancock Observatory. :)

Free wifi. Tables almost always available. Better food and coffee than starbucks. Pleasant staff. Better ambience than most coffeeshops. Hours suck, and patrons can be stuffy but thats easy to work around.
