Just saw Restaurant Stakeout. The owner is such an idiot she wanted Willy to fire her staff for her? Never ever eat here.

Saw Liberty on Restaurant Stakeout this week and felt compelled to write a review. Unfortunately, the owner doesn't realize that it's not just the unprofessional and idiotic staff that is destroying this place, the food is HORRIBLE. My husband and I ventured back in here 2 months ago (after not coming in for 5 years) to give it another chance. Ordered a beer, it was flat and the glass was dirty, the bartender was talking so much to 2 friends that she ignored us and the other 6 people sitting at the near empty bar so it took 10 minutes to ask her to give us a new beer. Ordered nachos which were inedible. Messing up nachos is next to impossible. When we took one bite and pushed it away she angrily asked what was wrong with them. We paid our check and ran out and will never return. Shame since it's a block away from our apartment and the screens are great for games.

It is funny to see this place get 5 star reviews.  Must be family!

The food is avg, the service was terrible- I think the owner sat and played on Facebook the entire time I was there- if that was the owner- while employees ran around like chickens with their heads cut off.  Messed up my order, tried overcharging, and the food was below avg especially for Hoboken.  The table was dirty and the chairs has holes in the seats. Too many better places to try, hope they improve their management or ownership.
