When Mrs B and I lived in North Dallas, I wondered why the Londoner was so popular. Â Now I understand. Â Their beer offerings are great, and the patios are comfortable and shady. Â The interior is dark and decorated how I would expect a British pub to be. Â We enjoyed our happy hour beers on a casual Friday afternoon.
Review Source:REVIEW FOR LUNCH ONLY. So, we went here at the stroke for 11 when it opened and my friend told me it's the "Service industry spot" in Addison. For the laymen that means that all the bartenders and wait staff everywhere else go here. That usually means it's the coolest place to be. I think I would love it here at night but probably couldn't go because of the smoking :(
The drinks here are slammin... great bloody mary for lunch, but the food (pulled pork sammy) left so much to be desired. My bad for picking that at a pub right?
Overall I felt like it had a real stanky appeal.... dark, dank, slightly smelly... darts, way cool bartender telling hilarious (even if poorly timed) jokes about some potential drink names. I'd go back for sure.
