There's a $5 admission at the door on Fridays and Saturdays because of a live dj and a 30 minute belly dancer. Â The hookahs were approximately $16 and $12 during happy hour (3-6 daily). Â Do note that you can smoke in there as well (at least cigars for sure). Â The server recommended the passion or paradise fruit and tiger blood. Â Both were amazing. Â It's BYOB for $5 per person. Â As for the food, the beef pies (4 per serving) and gyro wrap were tender and delicious, but the chicken pies (4 per serving) were too salty to be enjoyable. Â The music was a nice mix of Indian, Latin, hip hop, and house. Â SanabelS closes at 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays but the lights turned on at 1 am making us feel as if they wanted to kick us out already. Â
The coolest part of the experience was the manager getting on the dance floor and doing a traditional Greek dance. Â Overall, the service was excellent, the food was above par, but the extra expenses were bummers.
Wonderful food... Frank the owner was very cordial. Be sure to get the hummus, tbouli, cabbage rolls, chicken schwerma, or the lamb kabobs.. All were very good. If you rate the food less than good on here, then you do not know what you are talking about or you have no taste for Middle Eastern cuisine.
