Millennium Alaskan Hotel

Where do I even begin..... Well the showers/bathrooms are a about same quality as u might expect in a motel in Mexico.... There is no complementary breakfast... The restaurant in the hotel is insanely expensive ( we payed $87 for breakfast across 4 people and like 200 something for dinner across 9 people 4 of whom ordered the cheapest entrees on the menu being the 17-20 $ hamburgers...) we get a gorgeous view of a wall outside of our 287$ per night room.... They have the same exact painting in every room... The hallways to the rooms are incredibly long so if you are elderly or have trouble walking I recommend you find a room near the lobby. And they have a advertisement for a 20 $ pizza in every room... The rooms are just ugly and dark...The curtains barely cover the windows and let in light (which is important in Alaska for when your trying to block out the sun at midnight to go to bed)If this place cost 125-150 it would be alright or sub par but it doesn't... It costs 250+ per night....

Extremely expensive for less quality than a chain hotel on the side of the interstate. The shower doesn't have a comfortable temperature. It swings from "colder than my ex-girlfriend's heart" to "the fires of mount doom" with nothing in between. You can't get to your room without walking down an incredibly long hallway so if you have trouble walking this is NOT a good place for you. The Restaurant downstairs is very expensive. We paid $87 for 4 people for breakfast. They have neither complementary breakfast nor Internet. Not at all worth the almost $300 we paid for a room with double beds.

Coolest hotel on the block.

It is one of the fineer hotels in Anchorage and definately the nicest this close to the airport.  Large rooms and quiant decor gives it a real "Alaska" feel.  The Flying Machine resteraunt is located in the lobby for when those cold winter nights keep you staying indoors.
