I would honestly give this place 4.5 stars, but I figure Ill grade on a curve, since the food in South Orange is nothing to write home about.
Its a clean hole in the wall place. But the food is great. Love the curried goat, brown stewed chicken, and of course their awesome Jerk chicken. The "small" portion is very generous, and every dish has the cabbage-carrots, rice and black eyed peas, and plaintains.  They make a variety of fresh patties that are very good, and better than the Golden Krust chain in Orange. For 10-11 bucks you can get a portion of food, patty and a drink. This place is a win. PS not open Mondays.

Stopped here after getting my hair done next door...the OxTails and Jerk Chicken oh so yummy...Now i unfortunately drive a full 35 - 40 minutes to satisfy my Caribbean  cravings...
