My friend and I sat at the bar late on a Sunday. The bar was full of people enjoying $2 Tecate. The bartender, Mark, was a top notch guy. He saved my friend from a bar dweller who was creeping on her. He served our canned beer with a chilled pint glass and lime. The bar was well stocked and the atmosphere was laid back.
I would love to visit again and eat. Their margartia menu looked great, too!
The Trailer park Taco has always been my favorite. Its actually very similar to the Taqueria Del Sol chicken taco. Â Its got that spicy mayo deal going on.
The Pulled Pork taco is absolutely delicious. Â It's topped with tomatillo salsa, lettuce, and pepper jack cheese, which makes for a savory taco.
The real treat was the Special Taco which was marinated steak with onions and hot sauce. Â I am a huge fan of the classic steak taco, so I was eager to dive into this spicy special. Â The presentation hid the enormous flavor of the spicy hot sauce, marinated beef, and onions.
The Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is very energetic, and you will most certainly find a younger crowd on Monday's. Â The bar is a great place to watch a game or grab a bite to eat. Â The tables inside are all very close to each other, so there's more of a community eating feel, while the outside is a bit more spacious and calm. Â I usually prefer to sit outside, but in lieu of the fact that the table to person ratio was going against us, we sat inside.

I was a little leery about going here because I've never been a big fan of tapas, but this place won me over - probably because it's got a good mix of different types of food. Â I'm a big fan of the fried chicken with potatoes and the beef kabob. Â Each has a little kick, but they're not too spicy. Â The guacamole's great too. Â The drinks are good - and pretty strong usually. Â I always like to sit outside, as the dining room can get pretty loud and crowded.
