Aaagh, why did they have to install a Noodles one mile from me?  I crave it all the time, now.  While I like their other menu options, I never really get anything besides the Japanese Udon Noodles with tofu.  (If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and this dish is PERFECT.)

One star is more than enough, I really wanted this to be good but it just wasn't I got the truffle Mac w/ mushrooms what was supposed to be creamy goodness was some dried up cat food (refer to my photos). I also ordered the peppery pulled pork sandwich which was good but if I want a PPS I would just go to Dixie Bones or something. Sad thing is that I have had noodles and company before like 5 or 6 yrs ago and it was way better not even worth it any more

This is my favorite Noodles & Company location to eat at. It opened not too long ago and I've always been happy with the food. Before we use to go to the Kingstowne location and it really does not compare.  I always order the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine and Thai Curry Soup and at the Springfield location they always have a lot of veggies and ingredients, verses the Kingstowne one it has like 2 slivers of onions and 3 peppers. =(.  We live closer to the Kingstowne location but the Springfield one is worth the drive!

Noodles & Co. was a wonderful addition to the food options in Springfield. My favorite is the Penne Rosa pasta with Chicken Parmesan -- delicious, a little spice, and still tasted good without the meat added!

My only reason to not give five stars is because the second time I bought food here, one of the soups I had ordered as well as a cookie I bought were missing from my bag of food I had taken out. I had already driven away when I realized this, so I had to drive all the way back to have them give me the missing food. The lady who cashiered did not come to apologize or fix her mistake, even after making direct eye contact.

Food was great, and in general, just watch out for service :P

Noodles & Company was a very welcome addition to the Springfield restaurant scene when in opened in April 2012. I'd been going to the location at Kingstowne and now there was a closer one!

Noodles & Company specializes in serving up familiar noodle and pasta dishes. The selections are broadly categorized as Asian, Mediterranean, and American. In making a selection, you choose a base noodle/pasta dish and then decide what will accompany it.

Asian noodles includes Japanese Pan Noodles (Udon), Pad Thai, or rice noodles. Mediterranean choices are penne pasta or linguine. American selections are down-home Stroganoff, egg noodles, Macaroni & Cheese, and Spaghetti & Meatballs. Salads are also available.

I've come to like the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak, Pad Thai with chicken, and . the Mushroom Stroganoff with beef. I add a side Caesar Salad to the noodle bowl.

I like the salads at Noodles & Company, too, especially the Chinese Chop Salad. A big hit this sumer has been the Summer Salads. The Backyard Barbecue Chicken Salad is he best item the make! I hope it will stay around as I've been ordering it a lot recently!

This Noodles & Company is uniformly good. It did not take this location long to surpass the Kingstown store!

This place is great when you want flavorful, inexpensive food without risking its quality.  I've only tried the Asian dishes so far but am planning on trying the rest soon.  The Pad Thai is my favorite, it has a sweet taste that I often long for in foods.  I love that the noodles are light, and not fried, so I do not get that disgusting feeling that usually accompanies fatty, heavy foods.  The Japanese Pan noodles are a little heavier and although good, I feel like they lack flavor, especially in comparison to the Pad Thai.  My least favorite was the Indonesian Peanut Sauté because it lacked depth.  It was a little on the salty side.  It wasn't until I asked for the sauce that's used on the Japanese noodles that the plate was enjoyable.

Went here on a lunch one afternoon and got the Cheesesteak. Excellent sammich - but after seeing what my friend was dealt, I wish I had ordered the Mac n Cheese with Steak. Regardless, they had Siracha at the table, so I felt comfortable in the fiery outcome that was soon to be upon me regardless of what I decided to chomp on. The Thai Curry soup was kind of a let down - but I blame that more on my unadventurous palate than anything else.

I felt like a six year old again, playing on the Pinafirina designed soda machine. They design Ferraris so a Coke Dispenser seems like a solid second product if you ask me. I had a Sprite Zero Grape and followed it up with the Fanta Zero fruit Punch. I love that soda machine.

It's about muthalovin' time that Noodles opened up a location closer to me!

This new location is located in a new building with a private lot.  The staff was pleasant.  The restaurant  was clean.  It was a little obvious that most of the staff members were new hires, makes sense it's a new building, as they were learning how to use the registers.  Nevertheless, same great product.
