Though I used to eat here often out of convenience while shopping (is the mall closing now or what?), the pho was actually not that great. Besides lacking a variety of meats for the pho, they don't even have tripe. The soup was lacking that beef flavor that comes from stewing those bones for so long. There is also usually a certain taste present in pho that comes from the marrow of the bones (which you usually expose) that was lacking. Still, with some Sriracha pepper and hoisin sauce, you can't really tell the difference. If you're in the Springfield area, might I recommend Pho Hong Ahn in Springfield Plaza as a somewhat better alternative.
