A bit out of the way, but a nice older building with plenty of parking. My latest trip here was to attend a benefit for disabled Boy Scouts. They were raising funds to help the local council's "Polaris" group be able to camp and otherwise participate in normal scouting activities modified to their needs. The Officer's club had a full bar and restaurant, as well as a separate lunch counter. The staff was very courteous and the coat check people were great. It was a nice venue to hold a benefit in. I had a great time and the silent auction got a lot of my money :-)
