The "pick 2" option is great. You decide on soup and salad, salad and sandwich, and/or soup and sandwich. You also get the option of a "pastry treat" for an additional 99 cents - not bad if you dig sweets. The food is always great. The service is always fast and polite. The atmosphere...free wi-fi and coffee type atmosphere if you're into reading, working on your laptop, and/or chilling. I've seen plenty of big groups eating and meeting at Panera's must be a popular spot for school work type meetings. I take away one star for lack of parking during busy lunch/dinner time for this particular location.
Review Source:It was pretty amazing how busy this Panera was for the time of day. I came at 11:00 on a Wednesday, and it was packed! Lines clear to the door, practically every table full. Yet, it still wasn't overly chaotic. The staff handled the crowd splendidly and with smiles on everyone's faces to match.
Review Source:Grat bread no doubt! Service is friendly but there is some reps that really need to go home and take a nap. they are super kranky. I stop by every single morning an the drive up window in the mornings they are super kranky. For dinner the drive thru is full but the inside staff is wonderful besides one or two ppl. Delicious soups and sandwhiches.
Review Source:I eat at several different locations and I love all of them, except for this one. The drive thru staff always makes me feel like I'm bothering them. The last time I was there I was told I could only have bread with my salad. I know this is not true, because I've always had my choice of bread, apple, or chips. Jelly's is at the opposite side of the plaza and has a healthy selection as well. I might have to wait a little longer for my meal there, but this Panera has made the wait worth it.
Review Source:I frequent this location about twice per week. I LOVE the soup and sandwich combo. What makes this place a winner has a lot to do with their efficiency, the amazing lighting, there seems to be more booths that outweigh table seating.
I took off one star for the tables not always being cleaned. :(
I was hungry and I must have passed about a dozen greasy spoons to get here. It was late and I knew for a couple of bucks more I could have a good meal at my fav fast food place. I ordered the thai chicken salad and the girl asked if I wanted any dessert for 99 cents. I looked over and the ants had raided the picnic basket! One upside down brownie and bunch of messed up doilies. Ummm, NO! The salad was tasty and the heat didn't hit me until I was almost finished. I could have used another foot of that baguette though! Yes, I wanted more, but I didn't feel like paying 20 bucks so I could eat two dinners.
Review Source:I typically visit Panera when I'm up visiting my parents in NWI. Â They are one of the few bagel places near their house, and I do love me some bagels. Â The bagels are not as good as Einstein Bros, but they're fairly good. Â Their sandwiches and soups are really great. Â For lunch I always get the you-pick-two option so I can get both.
This location is pretty standard. Â It always looks clean and is well stocked. Â The service is not the fastest, but that may just be the nature of selling and toasting bagels.
