    This place changed management and no longer serves pho.  The restaurant sign is hacked and I don't know what it's called, "Quan an" or something.  Sad.

    Went for an early Friday night dinner here. My food was decent, and my boyfriend said his was fine (as I am vegetarian, I didn't try his non-veggie dish). Apparently not, since a few hours later he had food poisoning. If you haven't had it, it's 24 straight hours of being sick. Sorry Pho Xua, but we will never be returning.

    Mediocre.  The fried snapper was overpriced and bland.  I'm hoping it was just an off day.  I will give it a second chance.
