Tokyo Marina Japanese Cuisine

I've only had their ramen which was, underwhelming to say the least. The service was friendly though. Not much else I can say as there wasn't much of an impression left. I may or may not come back.

My BF and I were searching for sushi restaurants.   After a brief tour of a few places on the North side of Chicago, we have decided that this is our favorite.  Food is fresh and sushi pieces are big.  Service is just right, not too attentive or too lax.  The calamari appetizer is delicious.  Atmosphere is comfortable and unpretentious.  

One night we went there and he left his cell phone on the table.  I was able to pick it up the next day.  They let me in the restaurant a few minutes before opening because our waitress from the night before recognized me.  She said she ran out after us when she saw he left the phone but we were gone by then.  For that alone I am grateful, that she tried to catch us and kept the phone for us to pick up.

it was great, we got the party platter you get plenty variety to choose from.everything was fresh and tasty, we will definitely go back.
