The Bongo Room

Awesome food. Great service. Chill environment. Basically everything you want in a breakfast/brunch spot. My last visit I had some smoked salmon and egg scramble which was one of the best things I've ever had. You really can't go wrong with anything except maybe the red velvet hotcakes. I don't know why, I might be crazy, but I'm not into it and I love red velvet anything. But everything, for the most part, is stellar!

Great omelette & sausage patties. Food flavor/consistency extremely well-balanced. Service at the bar (first available) was attentive & consistent. Thank you.

AWFUL SERVICE.  We came at what an average person would have considered an unnecessarily early time for brunch.  We waited 30 minutes and when it came time to sit and dine, we were being rushed by the rude server. I'm not going to name any names.  Let's just call her JESSICA for the purpose of this review.  

In addition to the bad service, we also got awful food.  Ordered a chorrizo omelette that was clearly not made with fresh eggs, but rather egg beaters.  I don't know about you, but serving an omelette made with egg beaters is almost as offensive as calling Taco Bell authentic mexican food.  

Never again.
