  It's quick, it's convenient, it's affordable. Perfect place to grab a pizza for your family.
  Personally, we prefer Pizza Hut than Domino's.

  Ok, Pizza Hut Pizza is always going to be the same so this review is all about the service. I ordered delivery a few months back and after an 75 minutes I called to inquire about it since it hadn't arrived. I was told it was on it's way and to expect it any minute. 45 minutes later I called back to cancel the order and have my credit card refunded. Not even the best Chicago deep dish takes two hours to be delivered right? The guy on the phone kept asking me if I was sure because he knew the pizza was about to be delivered any minute . . . yeah dude I'm sure. As a matter of fact I was walking down the street to get something else to eat as the conversation was taking place, thats how sure I was. Not to be a dick but two hours for Pizza Hut thats less than 10 minutes walking distance . . . not so much. So today I order online for pick up and me and my boyfriend plan it all out so it's going to be ready when he's on his way over for pick up (35) minutes. Again not so much. Apparently upon arrival, they hadn't even started making it. What give's PH? You're killing me. Sometimes I want the prefab goodness of a fast food pizza but you really make it difficult. I'm not giving up so be on the lookout for my updated review guys :)
  
  EDIT: This review was originally one star but they gave the pizza to my boyfriend for free so I upped it to two.

  we were so excited that this finally opened up nearby! only to have our hopes and dreams crushed into a million tiny, hungry pieces. we had a carryout only deal, walked all the way to get it (didn't check it before we left, that was our bad), walked all the way home and the pizza was doughy and clearly not cooked all the way and the breadsticks tasted like they had been sitting out all day. called them, TOLD THEM IT WAS UNDERCOOKED, asked them to deliver another (they did, free of charge, so that was good on their part) open it up, and the pizza was cooked possibly less than the previous. you would think, with a specific complaint, you might just, i don't know, leave in the oven an extra couple minutes, possibly check it before you sent it to us, but no. so we had not 1, but 2 large pizzas, and ate about a slice. tried to reheat it, not an easy task. failed. ate the stale breadsticks and called it a night. so sad. do not go to this location.

  Dear Pizza Hut,
  
  You broke my heart tonight. I got a mailer in and it made me think that the coupons would make my day. I remembered back to my childhood--the occasional stuffed crust pizza would make my life---I never understood how they got the cheese inside the crust! What a novelty! How amazing!
  
  Though, tonight, I made an attempt to order online, but the coupon codes didn't work. I thought--well, they're new, maybe it's just not gonna work yet. So I called. I informed them that I had a coupon for a pizza and wings and I wanted to use it. I told them I wanted a stuffed crust pizza (ah! childhood!).
  
  You can imagine my *shock* when the pizza arrived and it was a *thin crust* pizza and that my coupon had not been recognized! Pizza Hut's Thin Crust pizza is not pizza worth eating. Ever. It tastes like someone threw a few toppings and some cheese on a stale cracker. Ugh! Being that we were starving and for what we got the price was right (just without the coupon), I didn't feel like calling back and fighting with them.
  
  Sigh.
  
  They also mischarged us and didn't use the coupon. It was only a difference of a few dollars, but it really did annoy  me.
  
  Lastly--their wings are ok. Not good, but ok. Had a decent flavor/were better than Dominos wings. But not good wings.
  
  I might try again...but I'm for serious sad right now.
