Not the best around
The only thing decent about this place is that you can get apps, soups, sushi, nigiri, and sake for $3.
We ordered 6 different rolls. The rolls were nothing special, nothing stood out, and most of them were bland.
Our appetizer came out after all of our sushi was consumed and only after I had to remind the waitress that we ordered it. The tempura vegetables were decent but the ponzu sauce tasted watered down.
The service was slow. There was one waitress for the entire restaurant, it's a small place but at least 10+ tables. The atmosphere was nothing to remember. Not bad if you're starving and on a budget I guess.
I came here with one of my girlfriends and it was raining cats and dogs so I was not happy when I walked in. Once we sat down I was instantly in a better mood because the sushi was AMAZING! Got everything I wanted and my bill for 3 people (the other one came later) was $30 which consisted of 6 rolls, corkage fee, and edemame.
It will be really difficult for me to find another sushi restaurant better than this one in the city! Although its not the highest scale restaurant, my overall experience was perfect!
Came here for the first time with a couple friends and I was not disappointed.  The service  and  sushi were excellent.  I'm also a vegetarian and they had a great selection of vegetarian choices to pick from.  Very moderately priced too and i hear they have  great happy hour specials every day up until 7:00.
